Child Safety Standards

VOXA is not directed at children under the age of 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

VOXA is a general-audience social platform designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly delete their account and all associated data.

VOXA provides tools to help keep the community safe for all users:

• Block Users: Any user can block another user from their profile or from any voice post. Blocked users cannot view your content or interact with you.
• Report Content: Users can report any voice post or user profile directly within the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
• Content Moderation: We review reported content and take action including content removal and account suspension for violations.

VOXA has a zero-tolerance policytoward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material. Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on VOXA:

• Any sexual or suggestive content involving individuals under 18
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates child abuse
• Attempts to contact, groom, or solicit minors for inappropriate purposes
• Sharing personal information of minors without consent

If you encounter any content or behavior on VOXA that may endanger a child, please report it immediately:

• In-App: Use the report function on any voice post or user profile.
• Email: support@voxa.app with the subject line “Child Safety Report”.

All child safety reports are treated with the highest priority and investigated promptly.

VOXA complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and relevant provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) concerning minors. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and will update our policies as regulations evolve.
